The rollout of the final version will be same as Microsoft Windows vista and provides a OS in a number called "Waves". The first wave (Wave0) includes the languages English, German,Spanish, French and Japanese. Second wave includes (Wave1) Italian, Dutch,Russian,and simplified Chinese.The following figure shows the different wave releases.

Windows 7 release candidate in April 2009
Microsoft is preparing for next windows 7 release candidate. Its likely to be released in April 2009. Windows 7 beta released few days before for public download and already suffering with plenty of bugs. I already posted some bugs of windows 7 in my previous posts.(link1, link2)
