Its time to move from RC to RTM. Windows 7 is Released to Manufacturing. The Microsoft Confirmed that the build string will be 7600.16385.090713-1255.
TechNet/MSDN subscribers will get this build on August 6th in English, with the other languages being released on October 6th.

Do not ask me how I got it, anyways I installed it on my virtual pc. It is nobetter than that of vista. I hate vista. It is in the beta stages. What are we going to do if we keep having microsoft giving us garbage.
