Nvidia's new 40nm mobile generation is getting closer to support DirectX 10.1. The new mobile GPU GDDR5

GDDR5 can double the memory bandwidth over GDDR3. The chip size will be much better than original GT200 with less power consuption


ATI Catalyst 9.6 is Out

More Performance, More Linux Support !


AMD has released new catalyst version, 9.6 with several performance tweaks as well as improved Linux support.

It also resolved some issues with Windows 7.

New Intel Core 2 Quad with 2.8 Ghz in future?


Intel plans to lunch one more CPU, which shares the same spec of C2Q Q9500 but the amount of L2 cache is Crippled to 6 MB. The new CPU should cost $ 212. The main purpose is to replace Q9400 @ 2.66 Ghz in the mainstream.
